Plazos de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2><\/div>

Se establecer\u00e1 un per\u00edodo de 15 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha de recepci\u00f3n de la compra para realizar cualquier cambio o devoluci\u00f3n. El producto debe estar sin utilizar y en perfectas condiciones. Incluyendo accesorios, documentaci\u00f3n y embalaje original, en caso contrario el bien sufrir\u00e1 una depreciaci\u00f3n o no se realizar\u00e1 la devoluci\u00f3n. Una vez recibida la mercanc\u00eda en nuestra tienda, y previa comprobaci\u00f3n del estado de la misma, se proceder\u00e1 al reintegro de su importe en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en el RDL 1\/2007, conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada por el cliente. El importe a reembolsar no incluir\u00e1 los gastos de env\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Para realizar tu devoluci\u00f3n, puedes utilizar cualquiera de estos medios: a) Gratis en Papeler\u00eda Telli, calle Profesor Francisco Cruz, 4 – Local 1. 35200 Telde. Gran Canaria b) Utilizando el formulario de desistimiento que puedes completar a aqu\u00ed, y una vez completado podr\u00e1s proceder a la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Gastos de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2><\/div>
En caso de devoluci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos el coste directo de la devoluci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos ser\u00e1 asumido por el cliente seg\u00fan se recoge en la LGCU.<\/p>\n
